SHIPPING POLICY

We ship across the globe. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition.

 

Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by you (the customer) at the time of placing your order.

Garment Prices exclude taxes and shipping costs within India.

We ship on all working days, except during unforeseen circumstances. Courier time might vary as per the location.

 

National: Express shipping takes 5 to 9 days, exclusive of making time for national couriers.

Most of our orders are delivered in 21 to more business days, from the date of order.

In case of any delays no refund/cancellation will be provided for the same.

International: International orders have a shipping charge which will be mentioned at the time of
checkout. Most international orders are received within 25 working days. However, currently, our shipments are taking a little longer and might
take up to 30 or more days to reach you Due to covid.

As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you have requested to ship your items to.

​

For currency, Global standard conversion rates will apply from INR to the currency applicable.

RETURNS

We at Pure Tribe India follow a 7 Day return policy for product sold on standard sizes only

​

There is no return on samples bought in sale, shipped from our website on any basis. Pure tribe India reserves the right to do so.

 

Any Returned items without hygienic protection cannot be refunded.

Before any return and in order to exercise your cancellation right, please send us an email with «Exchange and cancellation» as the subject of your message and indicating your order number. If you do not contact us prior to the return Pure Tribe India reserves the right to refuse any refund.

 

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you (for both national and international orders).

REFUNDS

There is no refund on samples bought in sale, shipped from our website on any basis. Pure tribe India reserves the right to do so.

 

Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Pure Tribe India.

 

It will solely be the decision of pure tribe India to provide so or not depending upon the reasoning.

We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition.

​

The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.

​

Once the refund is initiated the amount will usually reflect in the customer's account in15 to 21 days.

​

Note: The refund timeline is subject to change based on the bank of the customer, mode of transaction, and bank holidays falling in between.

EXCHANGE

​

We do not exchange any item for an alternative colour, style, or size.
