Welcome to Pure Tribe India. Pure Tribe India provides their services to you subject to the following conditions.
If you visit or shop at Pure Tribe India, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.
In addition, when you use any current or future Pure Tribe India service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with Pure Tribe India, whether or not included in the Pure Tribe India Web site, you also will be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions below are applicable to all orders placed by the client (hereinafter, referred to as «you») to Pure Tribe India through Pure Tribe India’s website.
By placing your order on the Website, you agree to be bound by the rules and conditions set below. Please, make sure to fully read and understand the Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products on the Website at a given moment does not guarantee that these articles will be available at any moment.
We reserve the right to cease the sale of any product at any moment.
We also reserve the right to amend from time to time the Terms and Conditions without notice to you.
The applicable version of the Terms and Conditions is the one posted on the Website at the time of your order.
PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
The prices on the website exclude GST (taxes will be added at the end of checkout to the products on the website as applicable as per country and origin of product) and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid.
After selecting all the items you wish to purchase, they will all be added to your shopping cart. We will then process your order upon acceptance of your shopping cart and invite you to pay for your order.
You will have to follow all the shopping process steps and complete or check all the requested information.
As long as you have not completed the payment, you may modify your order.
For national payments: Use the payment gateways provided at the time of checkout.
For international payments: Use offline mode provided on the website with our current account bank details for direct transfer to a bank account.
Please note that we are not bound to sell a product to an incorrect lower price (even after having sent a delivery confirmation), if the mistake is obvious and unambiguous and if you could reasonably identify it as a mistake.
You may use the following means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or can pay using manual payment. Your card details will be cryptic to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access.

Pure Tribe India grants you limited permission to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it.

You may not use any Pure Tribe India logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Pure Tribe India and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at their sole discretion.
REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT
Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”
You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Pure Tribe India reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Pure Tribe India and its affiliates a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You grant Pure Tribe India and its affiliates and sublicense the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content if they choose.
You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Pure Tribe India or its affiliates for all claims resulting from content you supply.
Pure Tribe India has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Pure Tribe India takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Pure Tribe India are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Pure Tribe India and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Pure Tribe India does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by Pure Tribe India itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
NO COMPENSATION POLICY
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given as per the Return and Exchange policy.
The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase, etc.
Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation will be treated as a loss to business cases. Pure Tribe India holds the right to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
EXACTNESS NOT GUARANTEED
As Pure Tribe India is custom-made as per the client's requirements, the final product will be as close to the original but not exactly the same.
Pure Tribe India hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user, as the quality of imagery cannot be taken as a final representation.
The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website will be as per the company standards.
Alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the brand, size, color, etc. may be required due to limitations caused by the availability of product differences in size charts.
SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping is worldwide. Products are shipped to the delivery address indicated by you (the customer) at the time of placing your order.
Price includes all taxes and shipping costs within India.
For overseas orders -shipping is additional, tax is added on checkout.
As the recipient, you are liable to pay for all import duty charges, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you have requested to ship your items to.
For currency, Global standard conversion rates will apply from INR to the currency applicable.
CANCELLATION
Pure Tribe India is highly concerned about its customers’ satisfaction. Therefore, we strive to handle your claims as flexibly and rapidly as possible. You have a right of cancellation within a cooling-off period of 3 days with a valid reason on standard sizes only.
The cooling-off period starts the day you have physical possession of the ordered items.
In case of multiple orders, the cooling-off period starts the day you received the last item. After the cooling-off period, the delivered items shall be deemed to be in compliance and accepted and Pure Tribe India reserves the right to refuse any exchange or refund.
All returned items have to be unworn and with our label, with a copy of the return form that was included in your package. An order once placed during our Sale Event cannot be canceled or exchanged.
All purchases made during Sale Events are considered final. If you have received a piece with manufacturing defects you need to let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our team will look into the issue and review it.
RETURNS
We at Pure Tribe India follow a 7 Day return policy for non-discounted and shipped from our website. Returned items without hygienic protection cannot be refunded. There will be no return on sale samples .
Before any return and in order to exercise your cancellation right, please send us an email with «Exchange and cancellation» as the subject of your message and indicating your order number. If you do not contact us prior to the return Pure Tribe India reserves the right to refuse any refund.
The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you (for both national and international orders).
REFUNDS
Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received by Pure Tribe India.
We will refund the money once we are in receipt of the product in its original nature/condition.
The refund shall be in the way the payment was made.
Once the refund is initiated the amount will usually reflect in the customer's account in 15-21days.
Note: The refund timeline is subject to change based on the bank of the customer, mode of transaction, and bank holidays falling in between.
EXCHANGE
We do not exchange any item for an alternative color, style, or size.
We suggest that you return your purchase for a refund (Refer to return policy) and place a new order with us.
PRIVACY POLICY
At Pure Tribe India, we care about your personal information shared with us and the way it is used.
Protecting your privacy is important to us and we do not share the information with third-party except for parties affiliated with us for shipment, payment, and delivery purposes.
Your personal information is kept confidential unless required.
We comply with the laws of India and other countries and endeavor to protect your right to privacy consoled by us.
However, we are not liable for any unauthorized or unlawful disclosure of your personal and confidential information made by a third party who is not subject to our control.
For example, advertisers, websites, couriers that have links to our websites. (This also includes social media and Instagram).
You should take note that the information and privacy policy is shared with our business partners and may be different from ours.
It is a given that you agree to the terms of the privacy policy when making a purchase of any product or using our services via the Site and social media, where required under applicable law.

To the extent required by law, we take reasonable steps to destroy, or de-identify or redact, Personal Information in a secure manner when we no longer need it for the purposes for which it was collected (as set out in this Privacy Policy) and retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
If you are under the age of 18, you are not authorized to use the Site without the supervision and consent of the child’s parent or guardian.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, without the consent of the child's parent or guardian.
