The terms and conditions below are applicable to all orders placed by the client (hereinafter, referred to as «you») to Pure Tribe India through Pure Tribe India’s website.
By placing your order on the Website, you agree to be bound by the rules and conditions set below. Please, make sure to fully read and understand the Terms and Conditions before placing your order.
The presentation of products on the Website at a given moment does not guarantee that these articles will be available at any moment.
We reserve the right to cease the sale of any product at any moment.
We also reserve the right to amend from time to time the Terms and Conditions without notice to you.
The applicable version of the Terms and Conditions is the one posted on the Website at the time of your order.
PRICE, PAYMENT, AND DELIVERY
The prices on the website exclude GST (taxes will be added at the end of checkout to the products on the website as applicable as per country and origin of product) and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount to be paid.
After selecting all the items you wish to purchase, they will all be added to your shopping cart. We will then process your order upon acceptance of your shopping cart and invite you to pay for your order.
You will have to follow all the shopping process steps and complete or check all the requested information.
As long as you have not completed the payment, you may modify your order.
For national payments: Use the payment gateways provided at the time of checkout.
For international payments: Use offline mode provided on the website with our current account bank details for direct transfer to a bank account.You may also use razorpay provided on site.
Please note that we are not bound to sell a product to an incorrect lower price (even after having sent a delivery confirmation), if the mistake is obvious and unambiguous and if you could reasonably identify it as a mistake.
You may use the following means of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or can pay using manual payment. Your card details will be cryptic to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access.

Pure Tribe India has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Pure Tribe India takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Pure Tribe India are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Pure Tribe India and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, Pure Tribe India does not warrant that the product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
If a product offered by Pure Tribe India itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
NO COMPENSATION POLICY
If the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the website did not meet your expectations, no compensation will be given as per the Return and Exchange policy.
The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail certain discounts; any issue with our Delivery partners or their personnel; any voucher which got deactivated due to the end of expiry date; unavailability of items which the customer tried to purchase, etc.
Unreasonable and unlawful requests for compensation will be treated as a loss to business cases. Pure Tribe India holds the right to cancel orders and block accounts of such customers without any prior notice.
EXACTNESS NOT GUARANTEED
As Pure Tribe India is custom-made as per the client's requirements, the final product will be as close to the original but not exactly the same.
Pure Tribe India hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish and appearance of the final Product as ordered by the user, as the quality of imagery cannot be taken as a final representation.
The quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Website will be as per the company standards.
Alterations to certain aspects of your order such as the brand, size, color, etc. may be required due to limitations caused by the availability of product differences in size charts.
